I had a recent post based off an article from Precision Nutrition written by John Berardi titled "Steps to Fix a Broken Diet." In that article the first step was fixing nutrient deficiencies. Some of those deficiencies that people have when they don't have success with weight loss are as follows:- Not drinking enough water
- Vitamin deficiencies (Listed on the image)
- Mineral deficiencies (Listed on the image)
- Not eating enough protein
