This is great info. I appreciate all the hard work. What would be a similar alternative? Something that has all the same benefits as soy but none of the crazy monkish stuff.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the question Pat. The more I research nutrition the more it comes down to eating what we were designed to eat. That includes high quality meat like free range chicken, eggs, turkey; grass fed beef, wild caught fish, etc. The vast majority of the population forget humans spent a large majority of their evolution during the ice age where plant foods were very limited (However, I do encourage people to eat 6+ servings of vegetables/day).
