I often cringe when I ask someone their fitness goal and the answer they give me is "I just want to maintain where I am at." I hear this often and I am going to tell you it is a terrible goal. Whether the goal is improved fitness, finance, etc. just wanting to maintain gets you no where. You are either moving forward or backwards and if you just maintain you go backwards.
