Dynamic Warm Up: 10 minutes total time. Each exercise is done for 10-12 reps.

- Dumbbell Single Leg Deadlifts
- Resist-A-Band Standing Pull Aparts
- BOSU Dynamic Plank
- Resist-A-Band Seated Row (Sit on BOSU)
- BOSU Squat
- BOSU Dumbbell Fly
- BOSU Side Crunch
- Dumbbell Bent-Over Row
- BOSU Split Lunge (Front or Rear Foot Elevated)
- Dumbbell Shoulder Press
- BOSU Abdominal Crunch
- Dumbbell Side Raise
- Resist-A-Band Biceps Curl
- BOSU Dumbbell Lying Triceps Extensions
