Resistance Training Workout: November 2, 2012
The resistance training workout I did today was legs. Here is what I did:
Saftey Bar Squat: 4 Sets X 6-8 Reps, 45-Second Rest
Dumbbell Step-Up: 4 Sets X 6-8 Reps, 45-Second Rest
Cybex Eagle Seated Leg Curl: 4 Sets X 6-8 Reps, 45-Second Rest
Single-Leg Dumbbell Deadlift: 4 Sets X 6-8 Reps, 45-Second Rest
